The calming colors of Casa Aqua are awaiting you! Turquoise, grey and pink surround you in this beautifully decorated, comfy home!! You can spend the day relaxing on the lanai with the beautiful canal water view while enjoying the outdoor music system and take a dip in the salt water pool. Unwind each night in the hot tub after a fun day of exploring the Cape Coral area or enjoy your favorite beverage on the dock while watching a stunning sunset. After a restful night in one of the comfy beds enjoy a morning espresso on the lanai. Feel free to bring your boat and enjoy the use of our boat dock (10k lift with gulf access) bikes and Kayaks. Other extras we provide for your use are an espresso machine, soft and hard coolers, 6 beach chairs and towels, beach umbrella, games, dvd's, books, a yoga mat, block, foam roller, arm weights and a rebounder for exercise. Everything you might need for the perfect vacation!

Cape Coral City has great dining, shopping, and many nearby golf courses. Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, and Captiva are magnificent and worth a trip. Going north is Sarasota and Venice both delightful cities to visit and close-by day trips.

Great House

The house was very clean with lots of added extras like kayaks, bikes, nice pool accessories and workout equipment. The house was everything and more than we expected. This was our 6th trip to Cape Coral and would definitely stay again.

We spent the month of February at Casa Aqua and it was perfect…from checking in and being in contact with Suzi for anything we needed. The hot tub and pool are stunning and so relaxing. The house is beautifully decorated and there were so many extra things that Suzi had for us, she really thinks of everything. The area is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. Fun bars and restaurants are only a few minutes away. We would definitely stay here again if we head to Florida again.
