Immaculate Summer Home on Seneca Lake

Flat land...no steps to climb! Enjoy our two bedroom lake front home with all the amenities. Master bedroom offers a sliding glass door onto a beautifully furnished deck that overlooks the lake. Recently remodeled second bedroom can sleep 4 with a full size bed and a full size futon. Master bedroom offers a flat screened TV with cable. Wi-Fi is provided. A washer and dryer are available for your use. A beautiful glass sunroom was added in 2013 for year around enjoyment of dining, reading or just simply relaxing. A gas grill is provided for outdoor cooking. Watch the beautiful sunsets around the fire pit and toast some marshmallows. Four kayaks and two paddle boats are available for your enjoyment on the lake. A large sandbox shaded by a weeping willow tree is equipped with all kinds of sand toys for your little ones. Enjoy the shade under the beautiful weeping willows. Air conditioning and central heat is monitored to the desired temperature of the occupant. We are centrally located on the Seneca Wine Trail next to Sampson State Park and minutes from the Waterloo Outlet Mall and shopping in the City of Geneva. Summer rates will be $2,400 per week or $350 per night with a minimum of two nights. Full weeks in June thru August rent from Saturday to Saturday. Linens are available for your use but must be laundered and put away before leaving.
