This centrally located apartment is located in Villa Pesquera which is just 3 minutes up the hill from the town center and just 10 minutes from two of the most famous beaches - Montones and Jobos!
Just outside the property you will find miles upon miles of beautiful walking beaches as well as swimming areas in either direction for you to explore. Nearby you can enjoy some local food and drink just a short walk away.
You will be in a gated community with an enormous resort style that is only shared with other guests.
The apartment was just renovated with new furniture and appliances and has many of the essentials needed to make your getaway an enjoyable one.
Convenient smart locks allow for easy in and out access without worrying about losing keys during your stay.
