Two Large King Bedrooms, Living Room And Separate Kitchen With Water Views
About Bill Hurlman
My partner Matt and I honeymooned in Provincetown 30 years ago and have been coming back every year since. We are world travelers and this is consistently our favorite vacation of the year!
Bill Hurlman purchased this Condo in 2014
Why Bill Hurlman chose Provincetown
Provincetown's west-end is the most sought after location in Ptown. It is quite, yet lively and fun. It is a short walk to anything you want to do, east or west end!
What makes this Condo unique
We love the "live and let live" philosophy of this wonderful place. We have many, many friends who have places here and we all enjoy the theatre, shows, nightlife and incredible restaurants without having to drive anywhere. The views of the ocean and bay are incredible, and the west facing sunsets are magical!

Fantastic location and excellently appointed unit.
Excellent unit in a truly exceptional location. We appreciated the care taken in refurbishing the unit and installing such good appliances. Being part of the Masthead and having access to the lovely garden and deck is a real plus.
Beautiful spot in the West End
The condo was quintessential Cape Cod; comfortable, nicely decorated, great kitchen to cook in and an incredible view to wake up to. It was perfect sitting on the deck right at the water’s edge and relaxing watching the sailboats. It was a fantastic week and we can’t wait to return for a fourth year!!
Nicely decorated. Immaculate. Parking was difficult.
The condo was decorated in a beachy theme and was very clean. There was a washer dryer which we didn't need but was a nice addition. Kitchen was had all the necessities and a nice kcup coffee maker. Thank goodness there was air conditioning as we stayed over the heatwave. We were not aware it was on the second floor until we booked so thank goodness that was not an issue for us. Also as a note, there was no hair dryer so be sure to bring one. It would have been within walking distance to the town if the heat hadn't been so bad but we had no trouble getting uber and a ricshaw. The only downfall was there was no parking with this unit and there was never parking available on the street. There is a pay parking a few doors down and that was a pay lot. We were confused on the first night how to extend time overnight and then found out that it was free from 12- 8 am. Just a little information for future guests. The owner was very helpful as we were having trouble getting the signed agreement to him. We went to Racepoint Beach and to Hering Cove Beach. Both were a quick drive. Hering Cove was all new and had nice bathrooms and a snack bar. Great getaway!
Thank you for your gracious comments about our condo! We are glad that you enjoyed your two day stay. Regarding the issues you mentioned; there is a hair dryer in the cabinet above the toilet in the bathroom, I'm sorry you didn't find it. Had you contacted me I could have told you where it was. We leave a small step stool in the kitchen for easy access to the extra towels and beach towels in that cabinet. On our confirmation to the tenant (a copy of this information is on HomeAway for the traveler to review before they book) explained that the condo is on the second floor, I'm sorry the traveler missed this information. Also, being on the second floor gives us privacy and wide open direct views of the bay. Regarding parking, the description of the condo on HomeAway states several times that there is no parking with the unit. There is usually free street parking at the roundabout next to the Provincetown Inn which is less than a 5 minute walk from the condo (there are street spaces across from the condo if you are lucky enough to get one). There is a public lot one block east of the condo as well. There is a yellow lined space directly across from our condo where guests can offload luggage etc. so they wouldn't have to carry it. Thanks again for booking our condo!

Right on the bay in the beautiful historic west end of Provincetown we found the most charming place. Filled with sun and bay views. Comfortable art filled rooms, beautifully furnished. Your own private beach. Highly recommend
Great Ptown getaway!
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It’s right on the water where we spent the day on the deck overlooking the bay. My grandchildren loved having the beach right there. The place is very comfortable with a beautiful water view. Highly recommend it.
Beautiful apartment. Gorgeous views out of living room. Lovely decorations, furniture and kitchen. Has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The beach and deck are glorious! Great way to spend your days and nights! We would definitely stay here again. The owner was very responsive to questions.
