West End Gem! New Construction 3Br / 2Ba, Sleeps 6

Everything is brand new in this second floor home on a quiet street. The unit boasts a large open plan and vaulted ceilings in the living areas with skylights and a fireplace for a clean, modern vibe.

A gourmet eat-in kitchen with gas stove is open to the living room and has all you need to feel at home.

The home was decorated with luxury and your comfort in mind, with two queen beds and one king bed to sleep up to 6 in comfort.

The master bedroom [queen] has it’s own ensuite bath featuring a shower with 2 shower heads and double vanity sink.

The middle bedroom [king] has a blu-ray player and large flat screen tv— along with the living area, for those cold or rainy days you just want to stay and snuggle at home.

Each bedroom has it’s own controlled air unit as well as one for the main living area. Plenty of closet and drawer space for all your stuff.

The home’s location is an easy five to ten minute walk to the center of town and it’s shops, restaurants, and ferry. Also walk to any of the local beaches with ease, or rent a bike at the shop just around the corner for longer day trips around the National Seashore. A first floor storage room is great for storing the bikes easily at the end of the day.

If you would rather stay close and entertain, a large wrap around deck at the front of the unit has a outdoor harvest table that seats six, and Adirondack chairs to soak up the morning or afternoon sun, while listening to the birds from the adjacent nature preserve at the rear of the unit.

A stack washer and dryer are included in the unit, as well as a gas grill on the ground level and 2 Car tandem parking for you or your guests. Comcast wireless broadband Internet is also included, just bring your laptop.

Cozy home in West End

We stayed here in late October and had a wonderful visit. The home is perfectly located in the West End with easy walking access everywhere in town, and August was exceptionally responsive and easy to communicate with. For those who cook, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals at home, which was a a nice plus!

The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the porch. The location was great. We like to cook, so we appreciated the well appointed kitchen. It was also very quiet! The place was well insulated and designed (e.g., soft closures on kitchen drawers and cabinets) so that someone could wake up early and not disturb the rest. We highly recommend the place.

Communication was excellent and the property was spotless and well equipped. Easy location for the town and cycling to the beaches. Indeed a West End Gem! Has all of the qualities and amenities one could wish for—quiet location yet easily walkable to the vibrant downtown; well-outfitted kitchen; a lovely 2nd-story deck; modern mini-split AC and heat systems (plus new ceiling fans and a gas fireplace for chilly fall mornings); a laundry room; and small but important conveniences like a gas grill, beach chairs and umbrellas, games, books and even flashlights and first aid kits.

Fantastic two week stay

We rented this place for two weeks at the end of the season and had a great time. It is spacious and looks as in the pictures. Very nice outside deck and very well stocked kitchen. We had a minor issue with one of the AC units that was addressed quickly by the owner. Our only suggestion would be to be better stocked on laundry, dishwashing, and soap supplies. Would stay again.

Quiet, Clean, Newer Built Condo! Highly recommended

My friends and I had an enjoyable stay here 7/13-7/20. The condo was very clean and was even better than the photos and descriptions. Kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to be able to properly cook for the week. The couch was ultra comfortable to lounge in between Ptown Adventures. Close enough to walk to Stop and Shop Located at the back of a lot off Franklin street. So it was very quiet as well and not noisy at night. I would 100% rent again

Excellent Provincetown Getaway

This condo has everything one would want when staying in Provincetown--quiet West End neighborhood yet very walkable to the center of town; two good-sized parking spaces; recently-renovated and smartly-designed, with a well-laid-out floor plan featuring a large, open, well-outfitted kitchen-living-dining area: new split AC units that cool very well, along with an efficient gas fireplace for chilly nights; a large wrap-around deck and table for comfortable dining or just relaxing; a well- kept gas grill; big-screen TV; good wifi; handy in-unit laundry; and nice neighbors. Five stars all around!

We live in Dallas, and Provincetown has been our escape for years from the hustle and bustle of traffic, and work. This home offered way more than we could have ever imagined like space, and is still is very close to downtown Provincetown, the grocery store, and the beach.

What makes this property unique

This truly is our home away from home, and its the perfect size to entertain, to live, and to relax. Its got a huge kitchen, fireplace, laundry room, and two full baths; and all these things together are very rare in Provincetown.
