Great location!! Kids had a blast snorkeling on the bay. Beach is right across the street. Walmart 5 miles in either location. Right next door to putt putt and go car racing. House was super clean and comfy. 10/10 recommend.

Yes the host was welcoming.The unit was very dirty, we went to Walmart to grab a bunch of cleaning supplies and cleaned it ourselves. The rug in the living room was so dirty it turned our socks black every time we walked on it. The refrigerator would rock every time we opened the door, so I shimmed it. Too many other quality issues to mention. Not worth the for what you get, will not rent again.

This property was listed as pet friendly when we booked it on VRBO but come to find out only owners were aloud to have pets. RYAN THE HOST CHANGED IT AS SOON AS HE REALIZED HOW IT WAS LISTED.....Also the pictures of this property on VRBO is misleading. It is not as nice as the pictures makes it out to be. It is advertised as a 2 bed 2 bathroom when in fact it a one full bathroom with 2 toilets, 2 sinks and 2 showers that is split with a by folding door. The host Ryan promised a 3 day refund for our stay . The email he sent for a refund was for one night. He was not aware of the HOA pet rule nor had ever stepped foot inside the property so he was clueless to the bathroom situation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR YOUR MONEY ON THIS PROPERTY IT IS OVER PRICED AND NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. The only thing this property has going for it is the access to a dock.

Not sure why someone would go through such great lengths to lie… but here we are. We got a email from the HOA with camera footage of the guest and his pets. He brought multiple and when asked about them, started complaining about everything and asked for a full refund. I’m in the property after every cleaner and I’m fully aware of the layout. I inspected it after his departure. He was given two nights refund for the nights that weren’t used which is what we agreed upon in writing.
