This delightful 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home is situated in the Laurel Ridge community of Big Canoe which is the centralized location of the resort. The home offers a partially screened in back deck with a large TV and ample open space on the main level which also includes a large hot tub. The home has two stone fireplaces, several TVs on each level, a beautiful kitchen, and a dining space with a gallery of windows which showcase a beautiful view. This home is well maintained, and has new appliances and refinished hardwoods. RESORT PERKS (add'l fees may apply, paid on-site): Golf course, tennis court, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, outdoor and indoor pool, hiking trail network, lake access w/ paddle boats, pontoon boats, kayaks, stand up paddleboards and beach, fitness center, shopping and dining, playground. Activities in Big Canoe such as golf, tennis, fitness center, swimming, etc. have additional cost associated with them.

Family Fun

Spacious, clean, bright home with beautiful views. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and eat meals in the home. We chose this home for our family of 9 (3 generations) and to be close to Lake Disharoon's Beach Club and Pool. The home host was friendly, helpful, and prompt in responding to my VRBO messages. The hot tub was an added bonus after playing on the lake all day.
