This 2 BR/ 2.5 BA end-unit townhome offers amazing views of the Gulf from both floors. Large picture windows in the first floor allow views of the coastline for miles. The first floor features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar for 4, dining table for 6, and living area with a large sectional sofa. The sectional opens up to a queen sleeper. Gather around for a movie or sports game with the 42" smart tv with cable. Two beachfront balconies with views of the Gulf.

Upstairs, the primary suite is waiting for you with a king-size bed, casual furnishings, ensuite bathroom, 40" flat screen TV with cable, and access to the beachfront balcony. This master suite has an ensuite bathroom with large closets and a walk-in shower. Down the hall is the second bedroom featuring two queen-size beds, nautical décor, large dresser, a 32" flat screen TV with cable and an adjacent bathroom with a bathtub with shower combination that can be accessed directly from the bedroom or hallway. Two twin rollaway beds located in the primary bedroom closet are available, bringing the total number of sleeping accommodations to 10.

Step out to one of two private balconies to enjoy your morning coffee, with the sounds of the surf, or watch the sunset at the end of the day. Grill your steaks or seafood on the propane grill located just outside the kitchen area.

Both Captain Dave's Seafood Restaurant and Kenny D's Beach Bar & Grill are just steps away.

This townhome is available for extended monthly stays during winter. If you need additional space, we do manage Quiet Surf # 1 as well!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This wonderful unit has been updated since last year, and is even more fantastic! Spanking, clean, well stocked with everything you could need – – from sand toys, and inside toys, books, and puzzles for the kids, to beach towels to coffee pods – – and twice when I called requesting an additional platter or cutting board, they appeared at my door within an hour. Enough about that— the beach itself is perfection. It is closed off to the general public, which is priceless. Enjoy this lovely beach and emerald water from the sand chairs, from the covered porch, from the upper sun, balcony, or from within the unit which has new huge windows that give long views of the beach and gulf north and west, unobstructed by any other structures!!! The crush and crazy traffic are irrelevant in this unit. You hear the ocean, you see the sea. If you want to find dining, go next-door to Captain Dave’s. If you want some fun and oyster Po boysgo to karaoke across the streetat Kenny D’s. Truthfully, we were content to stay in our unit and on our beach and enjoy the sand, the sun, the rain, and each other.

Can’t wait to go back

We loved our stay. The location was perfect, the beach was absolutely private and security was present to make sure it stayed that way and that was awesome. The views were amazing , it was right next to two restaurants which was convenient . Beach towels, toys and extra chairs were available. There was even games and puzzles for the entire family. We will definitely be back. And Hectoe was great too!

Great location, unit needs facelift

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location on beachfront was quite nice. Windows, ocean front, views to die for, down the deck stairs and onto the sand. Private beach section for amazing access and enjoyment. Being next to beach access and across from Kenny D’s, creates lots of noise at night.The unit itself was a bit disappointing, as it clearly needs some investment / maintenance. Deck in marginal shape, drive and entry are neglected - and it’s obvious as you arrive and look at other units. Peeling ceiling paint, couch with burn holes, cheap chairs on upper deck limiting ability to enjoy this aspect. Washer and dryer barely function and rusty. We spent lots of time out of the house, so it was okay - but not what I expected when renting via Francisca.

Reviewer Comments: perfect, the property, inside and out, was pristine. When we arrived, the AC was somehow blowing warm air--we called the manager after hours and he had the repair guy there promptly. Anything you want, the staff is there.the beach is so wonderful, the location is ideal, and the views out the enormous new widows are the best on the coast--unobstructed by other buildings. the streetside may have been jammed with spring break traffic and people, but in the condo and on the deck,the sound of the water made it as secluded and relaxing as a place could be. a few steps and you're in the water. the condo is immaculate and so comfortable, we did not feel any need to go anywhere else for any reason for the week we were there. our group ranged in age from 2 to 72, and everybody was happy and cozy--the kids especially loved the enormous deck closets of sand toys and boogie boards. the elders appreciated the quality and support of the new furniture and mattresses. there was enough space for privacy, enough space for family fun.God-willing, we will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay here, the house is as described as is “on the beach”. It was great to sit on the back porch if it rained or just to cool down some. The house was clean and the view from the master was fabulous. The restaurant across the street Kenny D was pretty good. Just a warning, they have karaoke on Sunday nights till 10, other than that you don’t know they are there. Our 2 chairs and umbrella was set out each day, if you want something to lay out in you may want to bring it ( also gives you a little more space on the beach) there are no other chairs that come with the house, but they did supply beach towels. We did not cook, but the kitchen looked to have everything needed.

Awesome spot on the beach

I have stayed in a lot of places in Destin, but this beach view and location were the absolute best! The condo was clean and accommodating, nothing fancy, but the private beach was amazing and not crowded (except when some brave people would ignore the signs and make themselves at home!) I would stay here again and again!
