Perfectly situated between Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk, this hillside home is a wonderful base for relaxation or adventure in beautiful Western North Carolina. It has all the ambience of a tranquil, treetop retreat as well as unbeatable access to local hiking trails, area ski resorts, and Grandfather Mountain, to name just a few of the nearby wonders.

This bright, stylish home enjoys a peaceful and scenic setting just off Highway 105, with Grandfather Mountain (12 miles) visible from the road at certain times of year. In the summer months, find a variety of amazing hiking trails within a few minutes' drive. Come winter, hit the slopes at Sugar Mountain (eight miles), Appalachian Ski Mountain (12 miles), or Beech Mountain (16 miles) close by.

A great deal of thought has gone into this home, from the Carolina-themed art and decor to the new appliances in the chic kitchen (including a high-end stove and convection oven with air fry capability). Looking to keep up with your morning workouts? An exercise mat and weights are provided. Visiting around the holidays? Take advantage of the special cookie cutters and cake molds. Trying to find the perfect evening entertainment? Choose between live TV, streaming services, a DVD/Blu-ray collection, a number of board games, and a selection of great books.

After a gorgeous day spent hiking the Boone Fork Trail or driving the Blue Ridge Parkway, come home to hang the hammock for an afternoon nap and toss the day's dusty clothes in the private washer/dryer. Complimentary WiFi is provided for your convenience as well.
