The property was clean and conveniently locate to downtown Nashville. Parking was easy and available at all times during our stay. The beds are comfortable with the 4 bathrooms a huge plus for our large group of 9 adults. The close proximity to the Parthenon and park areas made for a nice place to get a run in in the mornings. Would stay here again in the future.

This property is conveniently located, It is 10 mins away from practically everywhere. There is a lot of street parking available. While the garage wasn't convenient for our minivan, I'm sure it would fit most others. There is also a ping-pong table and some other games. The rooftop deck was amazing and we gathered there often to hang out together. There were a few issues but the property management was swift in dealing with them. The seating inside wasn't optimal for our family, but we had a great opportunity to have a discussion with property management about it and how to improve on it. Overall, we would recommend this property as a great place to stay when coming to Nashville.

Thank you for an amazing stay! This house was absolutely perfect. We rented the house for an Bach weekend. Everything was great and there was plenty of space for us. The bedrooms were comfortable and a great size. Everything was very clean and the property is well taken care of. The aesthetic truly set the vibe for Nashville. And of course, the rooftop was awesome! The views were beautiful. The owners are very attentive and also check in to make sure everything is going smoothly. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

Very clean and spacious. We had three families in our group so the rooms were spot on for what we needed. Rooftop space was very nice. Coffee was stocked so we were able to caffeinate in the morning! Plenty of kitchen items available. Garage parking was nice. Very close to Centennial Park, quiet area. Lots of stairs in the building but one bedroom on the lower level and one on the main living space.
