Very cute and easily accessible condo with secure parking. Close by to many great places to eat and all the main attractions. Couch needs an upgrade soon, but great stay!

We loved it. Great location, nice to just be able to walk around town and see the sites and enjoy. Pet friendly, well stocked kitchen, beautiful pool and hot tub, parking included and we would definitely stay again. Thanks so much Vince!

Good location. Nice small apartment and very comfy bed.The couch needs replacing as it is extremely uncomfortable. I would also recommend some throw blankets & better soap/shampoo.

You cannot ask for a better downtown location. The unit is safe, clean and perfect for a pair of travelers looking to explore all that Seattle has to offer! It’s literally a ten minute walk to the Park Place Market and near a ton of great restaurants. Communication with Vince was phenomenal. 10/10 experience!

An authentic Seattle experience

Like Seattle generally, Belltown is not quiet, literally or metaphorically. Honestly - if you want tranquility, look elsewhere. But if you like being in the middle of it all, just an easy 15 minute walk to the waterfront or the market, with a nice Italian restaurant right beneath you, and multiple choices of eating, drinking and nightlife all around, you will enjoy it here. We had a good time and it's all to do with location, location, and location.
