The Penthouse at Las Arenas is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom penthouse located on St. Maarten’s longest beach – the Simpson Bay Beach. This 4th floor apartment offers incredible ocean, island and mega yacht views.

Featuring a large common pool and direct beach access. From the balcony you can enjoy amazing views of the islands, like St. Kitts & Nevis, Statia, Saba and Anguilla / French side. The central location means restaurants; shopping, bars are all walking distance.

The condo AND the residence are completely NON SMOKING. It is forbidden to smoke at all times and in all areas - whether exterior or interior - of the residence and condo.

Great property. Great location on Simpson Bay. Well equipped condo. Personable and helpful VRBO hosts and welcome staff. We'll plan to stay at Las Arenas again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such an amazing stay! The views were absolutely stunning, truly 10/10 overlooking the ocean. The place was luxurious, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It was also incredibly quiet yet close to everything: shopping, restaurants, and one of the best beaches on the island.The pool was a highlight, beautifully designed to feel like you’re walking right into the ocean, and perfect for kids and families. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the host was excellent throughout. Parking on-site was gated and safe, which gave us peace of mind.The home was also very well equipped with everything we needed: beach umbrellas, chairs, toys for the kids, plus a full kitchen with great appliances and even thoughtful touches like coffee, milk, butter, and bread waiting for us.We loved every minute of our stay and are already planning to come back. Highly recommend!
