Miles of hiking trails in the mountains right out the backyard. Short 10 minute drive to Beaver Creek and 15 minute drive to Vail. An easy walk down into town via hiking trails that will lead you to local restaurants, cafes, theater, and shopping.

We are a local family of 5 who love to travel and explore. We LOVE living here in Edwards, this small town is full of great food and shopping AND gives us easy access to Beaver Creek and Vail. Our favorite thing is being able to share our home with others to experience this amazing place.
Why they chose this property
Homestead is perfectly situated to make you feel right in town, but that mountain home feel. You get the amazing views and trails right here at home, but can easily pop into town in a couple minutes drive or even a small hike through the trails.
What makes this property unique
We love that this home gives you the best view of town. It sits at the top of Homestead and overlooks all of Edwards.
