Beautiful and peaceful and so much room! We loved our time here. Host was immediately responsive to questions. Kitchen had everything you could want or need. Beds were comfortable. Having two beds in each room was perfect for our kids and their friends as everyone had their own bed. We skipped a few planned activities because it was too hard to leave the backyard. Perfect!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family reunion. The layout easily accommodated multiple couples with plenty of space to gather and also spread out. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, the living areas were comfortable, and the outdoor space with the pool, hot tub, and seating areas was a highlight for everyone. Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Mary was responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed it so much that we already booked again for next year. Highly recommend this property.
Even though it was cold for February, the pool was warm and the grotto was awesome.

The house was as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, bowels, plates etc. One cabinet had spices and oil. Enough for meals for 10. Bathrooms and pool had plenty of towels, toilet paper soap etc. Very comfortable for our party of 10. One of the best places we have stayed. You can tell they take pride in maintaining a comfortable well maintained house. We have rented before from houses maintained by property managers who don't seem to care about the property and have broken appliances, inadequate accessories ect that oversell the property and make the experience less enjoyable. Very nice house in an great location

We had a large group and needed a big house for a sort of family reunion. This was a great place to have this get together. The backyard pool, hot tub and multiple places to sit was a big hit. The house handled our group well with private bedrooms for the couples and the singles. The host was on top of things from day 1 until the last day. Really couldn't have been better. Also the location: excellent neighborhood and close to a big Fry's Grocery, places to eat, and just about anything we needed. All in all very deserving of a high rating.

Great family stay

This was a great place for our family vacation. We had 9 people and it was a perfect location and awesome backyard. Fantastic communication with owner and house was well stocked with toiletries and paper towel. My only recommendation would be adding 1-2 more king beds in the upstairs bedrooms instead of the queen/twin combos but certainly not a deal breaker. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Spring Break 2025

Great time visiting Arizona for Spring Break with the kids and Grandkids. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the spacious house with plenty of beds and a huge kitchen with all amenities, plus an extra fridge for drinks in the garage and on the patio. The fire table on the patio was a cozy place to relax in the evenings. Would definitely rate it as one of the best homes we’ve stayed at.

Incredible house

A group of us stayed here for a week. This house is as it looks, truly incredible. The outdoor pool and hot tub were a big hit and location wise it worked perfect for our group for proximity to baseball parks and golf courses. Mary was probably the nicest vrbo owner we’ve ever rented from and we will most definitely stay again if we continue this yearly trip. Thanks to Mary for sharing your property. It was amazing!

My husband and I love to travel and will be spending time with my 90 year old mother. We would love to welcome you into our beautifully furnished home. We built this home brand new and have furnished it with the most gorgeous furniture and fixtures.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property in a gated community because it was close to Lake Pleasant and the neighborhood we live in is extremely desirable because of all the kids in the neighborhood and the outstanding schools. This is a small community of neighbors who actually try to get to know each other. We have monthly events and the girls have pot luck dinners once a month. The home is on a 13,000 square foot lot and the home is 4600 sq. ft. 2 story house with dramatic ceilings. I am a chef and have a chef's kitchen with everything you could possibly imagine for cooking, or you can eat out at all of our fabulous restaurants.

What makes this property unique

This will be one of the most beautiful homes you will stay at as you can see from my pictures. We take pride in our home and our furnishings and we hope you will too. Come for a bowl game, spring training, the Phoenix Open or just to relax and see how much Phoenix has to offer.
