Excellent Stay

This has been one of the best rentals I have ever stayed at. The host checked on us everyday to see if we needed anything and the house was exactly as described. It was clean and pleasant. Check in and out was also very easy.

Beautiful Home perfect location

We loved staying here during Road to the Horse. A beautiful home that fit our needs perfectly. Located just minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park and restaurants it was the perfect location. We will definitely stay again. A plus plus for communication and interaction with the owner and property was well maintained.

Great for family getaway

Our family of three adult couples and one fur baby had a wonderful stay at The Kingston. The location was great for anyone planning to visit area distilleries and horse farms. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for walking/jogging. The hosts were very helpful in suggesting restaurants and attractions. Would definitely recommend staying at The Kingston if you are planning to visit Lexington!

Kentucky Gem

We enjoyed our stay at the Kingston! The yard was fantastic for our 2 dogs and the house was well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location is great, close to major highways and downtown Lexington. The hosts provided us with some great restaurant recommendations as well!

Just perfect

My family and I just love staying at this property. It was super cute and had everything that we needed. The best part was probably the dining room table that Not only allowed us a space for some awesome meals, but also a lot of good family game nights. The location of the property was also great for some of the bourbon tours that we did.

Wedding visit to Lexington

Very nice house - great amenities and very convenient to the wedding venue as well as downtown Lexington. The hosts/property managers were great. Very communicative and responsive. We had great time and were happy to have a nice place to hang out and relax between events.

Everything was great from beginning to end. The piano, guitar, and record player were awesome for the whole family. Really cool books too!!! Beds were very comfy which is always a plus.

Surprisingly nice

Upon arrival we were a little concerned based upon the exterior of this house. But it was surprisingly nice and comfortable on the inside. It was nicely equipped and we had ever we needed.

Absolutely perfect home away from home! We stayed for 10 days during a recent horse show and couldn’t have been happier! The hosts are incredibly responsive, provide excellent recommendations for restaurants, and don’t skimp any details on the property. Numerous niceties include gourmet coffee pods, cookies and local root beer in the fridge! Home is incredibly comfortable and the location is outstanding! We enjoyed our drive to the horse park each day, passing lovely farms along the way. Cannot wait to return - these hosts are running a first-class operation! Thank you for providing all of the creature comforts after long days at the horse park.

We were 5 adults and the home was clean and comfortable. The beds were very firm with plenty of pillows. We loved the locale, close to everything, and the host always responded quickly to any inquiries. Great to have everything necessary to do wash right there. The one thing I would mention is that one of the neighbors has a rooster. If you're not someone who sleeps with earphones on, you might want to pick up some earplugs to use until you get used to the early morning crowing.
