Purchased three decades ago, this cherished property has recently undergone a lavish refurbishment, elevating it to an unparalleled standard of luxury. Nestled behind secure electric gates, it boasts a private courtyard at the front. As you step inside, you're greeted by a loft-style living space featuring a state-of-the-art Siematic kitchen equipped with Gaggenau appliances.

The living area leads to two bedrooms and bathrooms, each opening onto a private balcony at the rear. Ascend to the next floor to find the master bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub and walk-in shower. From here, step out onto your private deck housing an outdoor hot tub and shower, offering a serene retreat amidst the bustling cityscape.

Whether you're unwinding in the hot tub under the night sky or enjoying a glass of wine on arrival, the sounds of the city provide the perfect soundtrack to your stay. In winter, cozy up by the gas fire and relish the warmth of our inviting abode.

My families trip to Ireland was fantastic. We loved everything about it. The top of our list was where we stayed....it was wonderful to be staying in a place that embodies the unique history and architecture of Dublin, while still having the space to sit together and enjoy each other. IT WAS PERFECT! Location was excellent, walking distance to wonderful sites and parks as well as plenty of food stores and excellent restaurants. Everything in the apartment is high end, so you feel completely pampered. And the rooftop hot tub...sitting in that while looking at the rooftops of Dublin and listening to the gulls-OVER THE TOP spectacular. I was so happy every day when we came home to Chez Jay. Our host, Elizabeth, was so sweet and helpful, it was so nice to know she was just a text away if we needed anything. I have never enjoyed a VRBO more! Thank you so much!!

This beautiful, fully updated and well-maintained home is perfectly situated so you can walk to the hustle and bustle of Dublin, but can quickly retreat to your quiet space with cozy furnishings and wonderful light in all rooms. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable, luxury soap and body wash are provided, large, thick towel sets feel like you’re being pampered. The hot tub was sparkling clean and such a fun perk we enjoyed after days of walking the city streets. Beanhive Coffee and Eathos provide delicious, nutritious breakfast and coffee options on the same block. Grocery, restaurants, pubs, and walking path along the canal within 3 to 5 minute walk. 15 minute walk to TONS of shopping and restaurants. Easy, secure parking spot was a life saver for our rental car. Elizabeth kept track of our flight, texted when we landed, and met us at the doorstep to thoroughly explain the space. She also gave us suggestions for what to see and do that really made our trip special. Washer/dryer is also a huge bonus. Do not hesitate to book this place. We highly recommend.
