Use care when going onto the dock. The view was perfect. The stores are not far from the house. The stairs leading down to the house are ok for most people but use care with young children and members of your party that may need any assistance to walk. All in all the listing was true in person as its states in the listing.

Beautiful, spacious home

Nice home with lots of room for a big family to spread out. Fully equipped kitchen with large dining area. Pet friendly and close to local grocery store. We had a very relaxing week.

Absolutely perfect

What a wonderful lake house! Great location, great access to the lake, great amenities and plenty of room for our family of 8 to spread out when indoors. We really enjoyed our time here and wish we could have stayed longer. Would gladly rent this house again.

Loved every minute of our stay at the Messi lake house. The house, location and amenities exceeded our expectations. The ten of us fit comfortably with plenty of space for everyone. The house is gorgeous and the lake is beautiful!

Despite the weather early in the week, we all had a terrific timeTell the owner the far star lite leaked as did the sauner room. Parking was also an issue…..only 5 cars!

So being dog friendly was not good for us. The dog hair was under beds and on rugs and along the baseboards. We did some cleaning. All the beds were so uncomfortable!! Bedroom for kids bunk beds were ok but beds in that room were shifting and not stable. Also skylights woke them in early morning. Fire pit was broken. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. That’s a huge plus! All entertainment was within 15 min drive!!! Bring flashlights to go down steps at night. Dangerous. BUT WE HAD A GREAT TIME!

Great Gem right on the lake

This cabin was in a great location right on the lake in an alcove of a gated community. We were able to kayak and paddle board all over easily. The beach you can kayak to, walk to or it is a short drive less than .5 miles. This location has a pool, food, pickleball and all around great hanging spot for the family. Hanging by the lake watching the bald eagles soar and enjoying the scenery was awesome. The cabin is close to restaurants, grocery, and ice cream stores. We had a wonderful time and would return. Opportunities for the future: the check-in process to this gated community is something we would have liked to have known about at booking, communication through the app was a bit delayed with the property manager and the cell service in the area is spotty. It would be nice to have an entry into the lake off the dock especially as we had a dog and there was no place for the dog to go in (they are not allowed at other points on the lake). We recommend fixing the bulkhead in front of dock for safety. And would have been nice to know before hand that we had to take our garbage somewhere... it was easy to do but not great. Overall, this location was great, the house was clean and plenty of room for teenagers to have space. Even with the opportunities, we would return.

Wonderful place to stay with family! Peaceful, relaxing and a lot of fun. House was equipped with everything you need for a lake house. We felt we had so much space. We hope to come back one day. We enjoyed the community pool and beach and the kayaks at the house. Host was very available and helpful. Thank you!!
