Waterford Château Porto Cima-Private Pool, New Dock, featured on "Staycation"

Luxurious five bedroom, four bath château located in the prestigious estates of Porto Cima . This stunning property offers a range of amenities to ensure a memorable stay.

One of the highlights of this property is the breathtaking views of the sunset from the terrace overlooking the main channel towards the Lodge of Four Seasons. Imagine watching the Four Season’s fireworks show from your own deck, creating an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. Better yet, enjoy a relaxing time swimming in the pool, playing billiards, ping pong, air hockey, or one of the many other games on site. Bring your boat or rent a Tri-toon and enjoy the lakeside. Enjoy having lake access and use of the large concrete dock. The dock has a swimming area, 12’x30’ covered boat slip and one jet ski lift. The walkway from the house to the dock is a series of switchbacks, with a steep grade. You should be aware it is a hike and may not be accessible for the elderly or those with mobility or heart issues. If you are bringing your own boat with a trailer, you must inform the property manager before booking. They will share the options to store your trailer during your stay since the subdivision covenant does not allow trailers. If you have any questions or concerns about the use of the boat dock, the steep incline, or bringing a boat, please do not hesitate to ask questions prior to booking.

This custom designed château with 6800 square feet will easily accommodate up to 14 people, making it perfect for families of all ages. If you need even more space, please inquire about the Terrace Hideaway which has three queen beds, sleeping 5 more, on the same property. Spacious rooms, player grand piano, sound system throughout the house, high end fixtures, as well as luxurious furnishings are just a few of the custom amenities the chateau has to offer. Not one but two master suites, spacious deck, large patio area around the pool are just a few highlights. The pool is open Memorial Day Weekend thru September.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1) Start the washing machine with a load of towels. We suggest this the night before if you have multiple loads of towels. We will continue the laundry after you checkout. 2) Leave the beds unmade.
3) Load and start the dishwasher before you leave. We unload it. 4) Collect all trash and place it in bin by the street. 5) Leave the house in order like you found it.
6) Close all the windows, sliders, and doors. Lock the door when leaving. 7) Be sure to leave the garage door opener and the Lodge of Four Seasons Pass Card on the kitchen counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Security Deposit Required of up to $300. Minimum age to rent is 24.
Renter Agreement must be signed within 24 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent.
NO Smoking. NO parties/events. Quiet Hours are from 10PM - 8AM.

Incredible Property in the Ozarks

The new owners take pride in making sure their guests not only feel at home but have the best experience possible. The views are amazing and the entertainment amenities such as the downstairs bar area with pool table, shuffle board, and in ground pool are everyone’s favorites. Spectacular from start to finish!

This home is spectacular! The home itself is amazing , but the LAKE VIEWS! And deer freely roam the grounds! This was our group’s second year of staying in this incredible home for several of our birthdays celebration. This year it was decorated for Christmas and was just breathtaking! Everything inside the home is high end, and electric bidets in every bathroom! We love the kitchen and the 2 bar areas-so perfect for entertaining. Kim is great to work with from start to finish, and was easy to get a hold of when we had a small hiccup. Our group hopes we are able to secure this beautiful home every year for our celebration.

Beautiful home with amazing views

Kim is a wonderful host and very respectful. The house has everything you could possible need from games to music to all your entertainment needs. Every room is clean with elegant decorative details. The view of the lake is incredible. I would have to say i enjoyed the view the most sitting outside on the deck watching the sunrise and sunset. This home deserves a 10 above 5 for a rating.

Gorgeous house

Everything was outstanding. Too many VRBOs look good in pictures and then you get there and... you know. Everything is in perfect condition, and all the games in the house are great for down time between activities (or just if it's raining out & we feel lazy). Pool is just big enough to cool off. We ended up renting a tritoon for a couple days & were able to dock it at the house at night (they left a big inflatable dock bumper for us, which was perfect because we're novices at boating). BBQ works great, chef's kitchen everything works great, and I'm sure the whole-house sonos sound system would've worked great if I could figure out how to work it lol. July 4 fireworks were right across the lake so we had an unobstructed view & didn't have to go anywhere. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
