Frequently asked questions
About the host
Hosted by Megan

Born in Michigan, but have lived and grew up on two other continents. Lover of travel and sports (Go Green!). Live in the Lansing area on 37.5 acres with my husband, our dog and two cats - we renovated a farmhouse that has been in my family for over 60 years!
Why they chose this property
It was our first home together, and we lived there for over 8 years. Royal Oak is a great area with so much going on, while still being far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. Plus, it’s so close to all the excitement in Detroit! We fell in love with the potential of this home, and have slowly turned it into the property it is today, full of so much charm.
What makes this property unique
We've packed so much goodness into a small (but roomy) package! We've managed to take a home built in 1950 and bring it into the 21st century by adding stylish outdoor gathering areas, upgrading everything inside and offering some of the best amenities.
