Great Beach Location

Overall this was a great beach location. A few disappointing factors. Biggest was that the washer had a lot of mold and smelled horrendous!! There was no kitchen linen and we didn’t get a response when we reported it. Otherwise, it was a fabulous location super close to great eating places

Minimal kitchen supplies

Could not open master bath door from inside so we could not close the door. My daughter was trapped in there. We had to let her out from the outside. Sliding door to balcony from living room was very hard to open and close. Kitchen was not stocked with very meny pot or pans. Room was clean. Check in was a breeze but once we got inside we noticed it was kind of dirty. Foot prints on the back of doors and the baseboards were all gross but it wasn’t a big deal. We went into the master bathroom and couldn’t get out. The door handle was broken. You had to turn the handle up to get out not down. The washer also was full of mold. We messaged about it asking what we could do and never heard back. It was a Sunday so I thought okay maybe they don’t respond on weekends but the entire week went by and they didn’t reach out once to fix this for us. And it wasn’t just a little mold it was a lot. And smelled terrible. It wasn’t usable. Overall the place was okay. Outdated and the appliances were rusty in some places. There were a bunch of little things that were frusting from the door handle being broken, to missing light bulbs or them going out. They just kept adding up. We were there for the view and beach but the lack of communication for our issues as well as all the little things will have us not coming back to stay here.
