Property was great, good location and really nice, however amenities were all unavailable for the entire stay. This was brought to our attention after we booked, although we got a 10% refund on request. Also note that there is a lot of noisy construction and the room is right next to the elevator shaft which is very loud and goes all throughout the night!

Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that you found the property great and enjoyed the location. However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the unavailable amenities and the noise from the construction and elevator.
Please be informed that we only received notice from the building on March 24th, and on March 25th, we updated all our listings and sent out email blasts to our existing guests regarding the recreation deck closure, which is beyond our direct control. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and are grateful for your patience.
