About this space
A 3 bedroom home With in-ground pool that’s open from May 1st-Sept 30th each year. Eco Spa 4 person hot tub that’s available year round & outdoor patio space to enjoy! The house features a full kitchen, 75 inch Smart TV, with Netflix, Comcast Sports. 1 king, 1 queen, & 2 full size beds. Game room including basketball shooting game, air hockey & foosball plus table games. We are conveniently located approximately 30 minutes from Hershey Pa. 30 minutes from Lititz Pa and many restaurants.
The space
The house is ideal for a family to spend a few days of time away from the busyness of life. Or just a great place to stay for an overnight away from home. There is a game room, large tv, electric fireplace and also lots of outside patio space for time together.
Guest access
The house, patio and outside pool area is completely accessible and private to you as guests. We do ask that the laundry area in the basement be accessible to adults only.
Other things to note
If you are considering my home for a party, please do not book it. We only allow the number of guests that you booked. No outside guests. You will be ask to leave immediately and we will not refund your money, if you invite outside guests to come party at our home.

am a local businessman, husband, father and recent grandfather. I run two local hotels and have this small car lot as a hobby. I love hot rods and classic cars. My wife Heidi also runs a bed and breakfast and we enjoy helping people and families get a chance to get away from everyday life

Why they chose this property

We are located on a street with nice homes, across from farm fields. The house is situated on my small car lot with a privacy fence between the shop and the pool area. The car lot is a hobby, so the traffic to my business is very minimal. We are close to several small towns and lots of grocery stores and restaurants with food delivery available.

What makes this property unique

The amenities of a full three bedroom house, with a full kitchen, game room, hot tub and in ground swimming pool for the dates of May 1st-Sept 30th, make this a very nice place to spend time together as a family
