Impressive 3 Bedroom, 2 bath/ pull out queen sofa bed , home has a large outdoor area that includes a beautiful heated pool. The updated kitchen includes high end appliances, granite countertops, and a pass thru window to the paver lanai pool area. Pool area features plenty of seating, lounges, and BBQ. Just a 20 minute boat ride to the gulf! Nearby access to Pine Island and Burnt Store. Close to shopping, restaurants and parks. We welcome adult gatherings and events. Property matched the description and pictures. It was spacious and had lot of accommodations to make our visit very enjoyable. The location was perfect with close proximity to stores and around the corner from Matlacha. Even saw a manatee! We wanted for nothing.

The pictures we saw online were extremely accurate and the house was as beautiful and spacious as pictures. We have stayed in many rentals and this was by far the cleanest ever, immaculate. We had a minor issue with the pool and the owners were instantly responsive and solved the issue. We could not have been happier.

Dazzling, Phenomenal, Epic!!!!

As a former vacation house cleaner, and local of Cape Coral, I didn't find one detail undone. The home was so clean and very comfortable. The owner was extremely kind and responsive. Manatee Haven lives up to it's name! The manatees were always there. We fished off the dock, thoroughly enjoyed the pool and couldn't have found a better place to relax and celebrate out children's birthday. I loved the side yard that had several fruit trees. A perfect Florida vacation home!!!!

Complete relaxation. From the moment we entered the home, we were WOW’d. Plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The owners were so attentive to respond to the request to turn up the heated pool. Manatees and dolphins played at the end of the dock every morning and night. The home was spotless and well appointed. The location was perfect. Easy access to Matlacha and Cape Coral. We definitely will become a regular guest to this great home. Thanks to the owners for making the visit everything we needed. Peace and full of love and relaxation with our family.
