However, had some issues with the tv, hard to get in as entrance door keep sticking, and mattress was too soft for me. But the office responded to all my concerns in a timely manner!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sad to see the beach eroding. Surprised when workmen showed up unannounced to replace the screen door. Appreciative of the owners’ attention to detail & willingness to share their lovely condo. Pretty sure they would be disappointed about guests arriving to find a soiled spread on the bed in the master bedroom & dirty sheets on the daybed in the loft.

This place will work in a pinch but overall not a good value for what you are paying. Rode hard and put up wet. Aging unit with several items needing attention. The pool and surrounding grounds were also not in the best shape. The loft is completely unusable and does not receive air conditioning-over a 100 degrees up there. This was a July trip. Complex Elevator broke several times and we were on the third floor in 100 degree heat with 115% humidity. The elevator was a main reason we rented this unit. Mold in the washing machine made our clothes smell terrible. Broken ice maker. Uncomfortable bed-needs new mattress. One TV not working. Spotty cell service and WiFi. I could go on. You have to check in -in person even though the door has a keypad. You are also very far out for driving to Charleston -can take up to an hour to get downtown in traffic. The Charleston traffic was horrendous. And even though this place is on VRBO it is not seamless-it’s managed by a bigger conglomerate that manages hundreds of units so you are constantly playing phone tag. We will not stay here again. Very expensive and not worth it. I asked for a partial credit back due to so many problems and still have not gotten an answer on that.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was in very good condition. Our only issues were the mattress on the bed. It was VERY soft. The other issue is the size of the kitchen. It is very small. Essentially, you can only get one person at a time in the kitchen area.We did like the screened in porch and the rooftop widows walk.

Wonderful Condo with Ocean Views and Sounds

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has a great screened patio and widow watch view of the ocean. The unit has new furniture inside and on patios. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything that you need. The coffee pot is a drip (not pods). Also 2 new beach chairs are available for use. The unit is very clean and provides lots of beginning supplies. Very easy check in with a combination lock. So no keys to drop off later. The unit was very clean. The bed mattress is a medium firmness with a pillow top. Would rent this unit again.
