Upstairs has 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite) and the 3rd double bedroom is more commonly used as an office with a double sofa bed. A cot with baby blankets/sheets could be provided if required.

This floor has fairly good wheelchair access; all level inside but 2 small steps down from the pavement and a step up to the front door.

There is a staircase to the lower GARDEN LEVEL floor which has two large bedrooms, rainforest shower in large bathroom and generous lounge, kitchenette and its own side door.
