The cottage's interior, tastefully decorated and equipped with air conditioning, radiates sophistication and comfort. It features a spacious dining room perfect for hosting six guests. The outdoor dining area, encircled by high privacy fencing, includes a warm fire pit and a private beach lounge, making it an ideal spot to relish San Diego's delightful climate. The master bedroom serves as a sanctuary of relaxation, boasting a luxurious California king bed and a cozy reader's nook for tranquil moments. The living area features a huge couch, large enough to comfortably accommodate an entire family. In the backyard, a fire pit table provides a casual setting for gatherings, and a unique sandy BBQ area allows guests to enjoy outdoor cooking with their toes in the sand. This home, embracing the vibrant local culture and the laid-back beach life of San Diego, is a perfect choice for a memorable vacation.

The garage also offers a 120V Level 1 EV charger for Tesla and J1772 vehicles. Charges at 2-5 miles per hour. We politely ask if you would like to charge from 4 PM to 9 PM due to high electricity costs.

Please Note: To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, as well as to respect the tranquility of our lovely neighbors, we will enforce the following policies:

Absolutely no parties of any sort.
No loud music that can be heard by neighbors.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No exceptions.
Smoking inside or near our property is strictly prohibited.
The use of drugs or marijuana is forbidden.
All pets must be vetted and approved by the Management and are subject to a non-refundable pet fee.
Violating these rules can lead to immediate eviction without a refund and a hefty fine(s) in accordance with host site policies.
