Perfect beach getaway

It’s was a 5 min walk to the beach and had all beach accessories provided (beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella). The space was neat and tidy. We hope to book it again next year!!

Great place to stay, clean and everything you need!!

The unit was very clean, had everything - seriously, everything - we needed and more! The host was great to work with and communication was timely. The location was perfect for our needs, right across the street from the beach, great pool, parking was great. All of our questions answered quickly and if we'd read the guest book first, because it covered everything.. Highly recommended

Beachside Gem

You really can’t beat the location of this property. Nice quiet area, just a few minutes from a quiet beach. If you’re looking for the hustle and bustle energy of a busy beach, this probably won’t be your jam. However, if you want peaceful and relaxing, this is your go-to

First ever vacation

I can't express enough how satisfied I was with this experience over all. Everything was as advertised. A cute little condo for a couple to escape too. It had everything you'd need that you didn't realize you'd need. The beach was a total of 2 mins away, the neighborhood was beyond amazing. I intend to return :)

The property manager for this place, not the owner, contacted me due to ongoing issues with John. I was given full refund and told this place will be dropped from VRBO.

Great place/Great location

My best friend and I had a girls weekend. This was the perfect place in the perfect location. Everything you need to enjoy the beach is there and it is a quick walk across the street to the beach. The pool is nice and the courtyard was always quiet. The room is small, but for two people, it was enough. The bed is comfy and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. I would stay there again!

Great place if your there for the Beach!

Just a 5 minute walk to a great beach and has everything needed. Fridge, small kitchen, king size bed, beach wagon with 2 chairs and umbrella, and a nice little courtyard with a pool, all at an amazing price for this area!

Great getaway

We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was as expected. A real bonus was to have chairs, wagon, umbrella and coolers for our short walk to the beach. Nice quiet place. We look forward to visiting again.

Studio with access to a nice courtyard and pool

As long as you’re OK with a very small sink, two burners that work well, a microwave and a toaster oven, this studio is a great place for one person. There are plenty of towels, including beach towels, two beach chairs and a wagon. The beach is right across the street. The pool is heated and well cared for. The owners were easy to reach and very helpful.

Perfect for our needs

We have stayed at several condos in this complex and this is one of the nicest. It is affordable and in good proximity to the things we want to do - very close to the beach and walkable to some nice restaurants. The host supplied some toiletries and coffee (very nice!) and best of all, a wagon, beach chairs and umbrella. The pool was nice and warm even when the weather wasn't! Thank you!

Lovely

Condo was well equipped with anything we needed to enjoy the beach experience. The walk to the beach was very easy. The beach itself was absolutely amazing, and there was so much room to relax and not be crowded by others. 5 stars. We will definitely be back!!!

Location is good. Literally 2 min across Gulf Blvd to beach. Comfortable bed, pillows and love seat. Best part for people flying in, beach equipment and towels are provided!! Beach wagon, umbrella, chairs and a few toys. Loved it! The room is basically a hotel room but there is room to move. Kitchen is tiny but has everything you need. Great communication with owners. Common area and pool are very nice with lovely lamp posts to provide light in the evening. This property is not high end but they have thought of everything, are friendly, it's safe, great location and wonderful value.
