This studio condo which is perfect for singles or couples, contains one full bath with open living area with a King bed, sofa and 43" flat screen tv with roku & cable. The kitchenette has a 2 burner stove, microwave, toaster oven, a full refrigerator, coffee maker/kuerig and full complement of pots, pans and dishes. Unit 109 is a lovely tropical corner condo on the first floor adjacent to the courtyard and heated pool where you will also find the community gas grill. The New Orleans themed courtyard and beautiful landscaping provide the perfect setting for a relaxing day by the heated pool. Free wireless internet has been added, so you can enjoy your laptop while lounging by the pool.

The beach is a two minute walk across the street. The Royal Orleans is located at 16333 Gulf Blvd in Redington Beach, eight miles south of Clearwater and eight miles north of St. Pete Beach. Local bars featuring live music and fine and casual dining at reasonable prices are within walking distance. I recommend the Conch Bar. The trolly runs on Gulf Blvd from Clearwater to St. Pete for $4.50 all day on and off service.

Just a 5 minute walk to a great beach and has everything needed. Fridge, small kitchen, king size bed, beach wagon with 2 chairs and umbrella, and a nice little courtyard with a pool, all at an amazing price for this area!

Lovely abode so close the beach

A place is usually never as good as imagined but this one was better!! It was nice and clean and had everything needed for the beach (loved the wagon). It was a really safe and quiet area with lots of restaurants close by. The beach was absolutely beautiful and a short walk as promised. I hope to be back soon.

Great place/Great location

My best friend and I had a girls weekend. This was the perfect place in the perfect location. Everything you need to enjoy the beach is there and it is a quick walk across the street to the beach. The pool is nice and the courtyard was always quiet. The room is small, but for two people, it was enough. The bed is comfy and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. I would stay there again!
