- Check-out time 11am - Place the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn on - Leave used towels on the floor - Lock all the doors and lower the AC/Heater temp
-LOCK THE MAIN DOOR BY PRESSING TICK BUTTON - Double check for personal items - Leave trash container with tied trash bag inside. - Notify us for departure
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Cameras-Don't cover/unplug security cameras.Violation will result cancellation of reservation without refund. Place trash bins outside every Friday.
Any violation (smoking, noise complaints,parties), will lead to an immediate termination of your reservation and will be charged $500 fine.
PARTIES - Its a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. Quiet time :Start 22:00 till 6:00 No Pets-violation will incur $250 fee

Spacious, clean, great air conditioner! We enjoyed our stay. If you like to cook, the kitchen had all the necessities including basic spices and coffee station. The backyard is enclosed, but bare, and not setup for outdoor activities. We would highly recommend this very comfortable home.

Very nice and cozy home. Perfect spot for a quiet getaway! Place was very clean and welcoming! If in the area, I do recommend highly! Neighborhood needs street lighting, very dark at night! Overall my experience was exceptional!!
