This was a great deal, we booked last minute because of an event and it was spectacular. Great value for money, responsive and helpful hosts (there were 3 members of the hosting team attending to our needs), lovely interior decor, smooth check in check out process. Family Celebration

This is a huge Condo/ Townhome. Quiet , Safe neighborhood, friendly neighbors. The living area is very clean. Our group was two grandkids 3, 7 and 5 adults. Everyone had there own bed . The host was very helpful with our stay and never interfered. This place is exceptional and definitely recommend. For Loacation and price , you cant beat it!

Amazing new house

This house was perfect for our stay. Easy location, great interior decoration, very large rooms. I really can’t fault it. The host was helpful, the house was large enough to fit in 9 people (with permission from the host). Free internet and free car park. I will definitely recommend.

Great short stay

I was familiar with the area so I knew about the location before booking. Convenient to McKinney and surrounding areas. Only has a front yard so something to keep in mind when booking with a pet. The area is still under construction, however I didn’t notice the noise being an issue.

Great clean place was happy with everything except the pool wasnt built yet and the playground wasnt finished either. Was highly upset about that for my kids . Was great ither than that

This property was a great location for our visit. The property had stained carpets, handles missing from kitchen cabinet. Sheets were worn and stained, curtains did not cover the whole window. No Kleenex, no body wash or soap in showers, no hair dryer. One glass in kitchen cupboard. TV remotes had dead batteries. Bathroom towels were worn and no kitchen towels. Garage door did not have a remote so one person had to pull out car the other had to manually close garage door and leave out the front door. We were very disappointed. Would not recommend!

During your stay, there was no communication received from you regarding any of the concerns you’ve listed. We are always available to respond to guests, and had we been made aware, we would have addressed anything immediately. The property was professionally cleaned and checked prior to your arrival, and our cleaners confirmed it was prepared to the standard we set before every check-in. We regularly host guests at this property and have not received the kind of feedback you have outlined. Items such as linens, towels, and amenities are routinely refreshed and monitored, and maintenance issues are taken seriously whenever they are reported. For features such as the garage door, clear instructions are provided, and previous guests have not experienced difficulties operating it. When concerns are not communicated in time, it does not give us the fair opportunity to resolve them.
