Cooperstown Cottage is 2 miles to Cooperstown Dreams park, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a pool! What more could you ask for. This easy rental has been a favorite for baseball families attending the tournament for years, it is now under new ownership in 2024. The location is great, making it easy to go back and forth the house in between games or bop into the Village of Cooperstown for dinner or visit the National Baseball Hall of fame. In the summer there is a sweet little farm stand across the road where you can get all kinds of fresh homegrown veggies and more.

Cooperstown Cottage is a stand alone house with a private driveway and off the street parking. The main entrance leads you into the kitchen and the 1st floor bathroom with laundry is located just to the right. Very convenient from the pool area. There is formal dining room with original features still intact such as tin ceilings, built in hutch and beautiful hardwood floors. Leading from the dining room into the large living room with a large smart TV, books and board games to keep your group entertained. There is a door leading outside to the sweet little side covered porch with seating.

The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor all with smart TVs and queen beds and hardwood floors. The 2nd full bathroom with tub/shower combo in located in the hallway just outside of the primary bedroom.

What a wonderful experience in Cooperstown! The house fit all our needs. The house was comfortable and the perfect amount of space. 5 minutes (if that) from the ball park. It was ideal for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the quaint town of Cooperstown!

The house was ready for us before check in and very clean. The room ACs were loud but cool and appreciated. The host was very responsive to questions or requests. It was so nice to have the washer and dryer for laundry as well. It was SO convenient to Dreams Park and made it so easy to pop home between games. Close to restaurants and the cute town of Cooperstown main street as well. Small sidenote: We were surprised by the incredibly steep stairs to the second level. It wasn't an issue for us but definitely something to note if you have small kids or older guests.
