A quaint 2 Bedroom cottage on the water side of the 'Boulevard' at East Sandwich Beach. Enjoy the low tides that East Sandwich Beach is known for. Private pathway used by the association to access your place in the sun just 75 feet from your door. Have your lunch and dinner outside on the picnic table and enjoy evening sunsets over the horizon. New outdoor shower plus a bonus loft for extra sleeping.
