AGE REQUIREMENT:
Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS

This unit is a 30 night minimum. This is a 2 story unit.

Restrictions/Rules: No smoking. No commercial vehicles permitted in the parking lot.
Pet Policy: One pet under 25 lbs. allowed with approval prior to booking and a non-refundable pet fee.

Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

Beautifully appointed two bedroom townhome. Excellent condition, upgraded appliances and fixtures with hardwood throughout. Perfect location downtown to all the fun on Duval. Quiet, serene pool yard with hot tub and loungers. Friendly neighborhood and excellent response from management for any questions or concerns. Will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visit Key West regularly, at least once a year and stay for 14 - 30 days... this was a wonderful experience. The condo was very comfortable. The location was wonderful. We were close to everything... the only downside... was we were so close that it was sometimes a bit noisy. Having said that we'd be back again and hope to be soon. Plus, the Property Manager, the person we dealt with day-to-day, if we needed anything, Madison, was the absolute best. She was super responsive and very helpful. Thank You!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year renting 214 Front for a month. Well-furnished, and full size washer and dryer. Lovely treed lot. 2nd bedroom could use a chair, and vacuum cleaner needs a new, fresh bag, but overall a wonderful experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 214 Front Street is a stone's throw from the restaurants and bars, right next door to Truman Annex. The unit itself is quite comfortable for 2couples, and the half bath on the 1st floor is invaluable. Great closet and storage space, nice front porch, private parking, great pool. If you're a light sleeper, be aware you can hear the bands at nearby bars, and plan to bring or buy cleansers and your toiletries. Management was very responsive, neighbors are friendly, and we have booked a return visit. Recommended.

Large parking spot included. The house is beautiful, two huge bedrooms with their own baths. I really have nothing but good things to say. A beautiful house and easy to deal with the realtor.

It was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay: kitchen utensils and pans, top of the line appliances, towels, wonderful beds and linens. The location is unbeatable and this small community is so friendly. You are steps away from the beautiful pool and hot tub. In addition, you are minutes from the sunset celebration, Duval Street, and hundreds of excellent restaurants.
