Near Delano and Downtown - Open Floor plan W/ W&D!

Lovely little space tucked right around the corner from Downtown Wichita. The home is equipped with keyless entry, two luxurious bedrooms (Queen & King), full bath, washer/dryer, coffee station and smart TV.

Located in one of Wichita's most convenient neighborhoods just minutes from Wichita's downtown scene. You'll be close to top attractions such as Delano District, Intrust Bank Arena, Friends University and many local restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops!

The space!
-KITCHEN-
The kitchen is equipped with all of the basics for you to cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, electric range, oven and microwave.

-BEDROOMS-
Right off the living room are two bedrooms with a new mattresses and luxurious bedding. One bedroom has a comfy Queen bed, the other equipped with a comfy King bed!

-LIVING/DININGROOM-
Cozy up on on the couch & comfy chairs in the living room and enjoy the large smart TV. All smart TV’s allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided. The Dining room is between kitchen and living room with seating for 4. Two additional seats available at the kitchen bar.

-BATHROOM-
Located between the two bedrooms is the bathroom. It's a full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience.

-LAUNDRY-
The laundry room equipped with washer and dryer is located just off the kitchen for you to use as needed.

-PETS-
Responsible pet owners are welcome! It’s just more fun traveling with the whole family. The backyard is spacious and partially fenced in. Please let us know about your dog when booking. We ask that you kennel your dog when unattended.

-PARKING-
Parking is available on the driveway and in the street.

Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, we are confident our place will provide you with a relaxing and enjoyable visit in Wichita.

** Please note, guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions.

Very warm and cozy just as described

I stayed for 18 days while training at the airport and it is a nice quiet neighborhood and I was able too get a lot of studying done. Would definitely recommend.

Convenient and Bright!

This cute little house was so clean and nicely decorated! We were within walking distance from most of the places we wanted to see, and it was lovely to come back to the cute little porch to relax. The house had a sense of calm in the way it was decorated, and it was just what we needed!
