Rest Easy in our newly renovated 1950'5 Bungalow, Great spacious 2 bedrooms, and Cozy Living area, Comfy Outdoor Living area & deck. Clean Spacious Kitchen & Bathroom.
Quiet neighborhood with great walkability to Athen's Local restaurants, coffee shops, cocktail & wine bars of Normaltown, Prince Avenue & Boulevard's New Town. Only a couple of miles to UGA campus and Athens Downtown. Walking distance to UGA Health Sciences & Piedmont Hospital.

Normaltown: Sips Coffee, Automatic Pizza, Aqua Linda Mexican Restaurant Bar & Rooftop Dining, HiLo Restaurant & Bar, The Old Pal & Normal Bar, Athentic Brewing & Hendershot's always has some sort of live music events, Check The Flagpole local newspaper for weekly events!
Prince Ave: Daily's Grocery & Healthfood, J's Bottleshop with great adult beverage choices & wine shop, Flying Biscuit Cafe... short drive on to Birdie's Gourmet Market, The Lark & Tapped Wine Bars, Hendershots Coffee & Events in the historic Coca Cola Building.
