Gorgeous Contemporary... stunning space indoors and out!

Hi Torri, We also love the location of this house. So many opportunities for wonderful walks. The neighborhood is peaceful and provides for a beautiful walk to view the Jamestown bridge. The backyard provides access to a nature preserve that you can walk through to find yourself on the doorstep of the quaintest chapel with a nearby old graveyard to explore. Or wonder down the adjacent street and end up at a fabulous little neighborhood beach. I am thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the home! Hi James, Our family uses this home also, so we know how nice it is to have the house really work for a family. A kitchen stocked with culinary accessories to make a meal and enough plates to eat it on, a family room where everyone can lounge together, an outdoor space and neighborhood where everyone can enjoy the outdoors, it all creates an experience that we personally enjoy and we're thrilled that you all did as well! Hi Nancy, The game room is always very appreciated space. It's the perfect spot for everyone to gather, especially the kids, with the big tv, plenty of space on the couch, and lots of games. The game room is also a bit removed so if adults need a bit of down time, the kids are happily occupied in the game room and the adults can unwind in other areas of the house.
