Mayfair Beach 201 is a luxury condominium located on the ocean block. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony with a spectacular view of the beautiful ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Mayfair Beach 201 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The spacious, living room is furnished with a sofa, 2 chairs, a fireplace and with the television above. The sofa also offers a double-size sleeper. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the modern, fully-stocked kitchen with a wide, granite counter top with chairs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds and a television. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, television and access to the balcony. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway. Maximum occupancy is 8 people.

Great Location at the beach

We had a fabulous time. Food Lion , 7 Eleven and Dunkin are right across the street and the beach is literally a block away. The condo has a ton of space which was great for privacy. My only issue was seating in the living room area. There is only a sofa and 2 chairs in a large open space which made it difficult for all of us to hang out together without sitting on the floor. A wrap around could easily fit in there and provide additional seating. That would be the only reason we wouldn't rent again.

Decent Property with a few Minor Issues

My family and I had a good time while staying at the property. The only issues that I had with the unit is ants and the bed sizes. There were a lot of ants in the unit, which could've been caused by the season changes. The bed sizes were advertised as 1 king, 2 queens, 1 queen, and 1 queen. The actual bed sizes were 1 king, 2 queens, 1 full, and 1 extra long twin.

Large place

This condo had plenty of room. The living room and bedrooms were large and allowed us to spread out during our nice week in Ocean City. Would recommend.
