The Space:
Welcome to Heirloom's Savannah Lakefront Retreat. This luxury home features an array of premier amenities. Amenities include a hot tub, game room, grill, breathtaking lakeview, and more. This home can sleep up to 22 guests and was designed for large groups to experience lakeside living in a luxurious home full of amenities your group will enjoy.

- Smart TV with streaming capabilities.
- Additional amenities include Wi-fi, laundry (washer/dryer/iron & board), and more.
- All beds feature Tempurpedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens.
- All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels.
- Public Goods coffee and tea are available for all guests.
- No bachelor or bachelorette parties

Please note: The 8 single beds in the last two bedrooms are cubby-style beds that are built into the home. Additionally one of the five bathrooms is located in the outdoor game area so its subject to changes in temperature. Also, the property is enclosed with a privacy gate. The gate code will be provided to the guest with the check in information.

Guest Access:
The entire house, including outdoor space, is reserved for your exclusive use.

This home is located in a beautiful lakefront community. Our home is located on a tranquil tree-lined street minutes away from Downtown Savannah. A row of beautiful lakefront homes lines the tranquil tree-lined street. We love our neighborhood, and we hope you do too!

Getting Around:
Getting around Savannah from our home is a breeze! We are less than 10 miles from downtown and River St. Uber is the most convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 
-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  
-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 
-Pets are not allowed at this property. 
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless; there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
