Property is super cute and clean/well maintained. The location is great. We did day trips to Pictured Rocks, Grand Marais, Tahquamenon Falls, MI Dog, Manistique and an also canoed/kayaked the Manistique River. Travel was easy for several day trips.
This property was the perfect place for me and my family to experience the central UP. It was clean, well kept and well stocked so you don't have to worry about bringing anything but food and clothes. The location was extremely convienient. We had something different to see and do everyday, all within an hour drive.
This cottage really felt like a piece of history but with some modern flare. The location was perfect for our needs and located in a small historical area. Old has my heart. All the necessities were provided. Trails on site if you wanted to roam around. The owners were very accommodating with us extending our stay. 10/10 recommend and would stay again.
Great place to stay to explore the Upper Peninsula. Quaint adorable cottage with rich history in the area. Easily sleeps 5 as noted, easy to section off the kids in front part of house so adults can stay up later. Very clean with many amenities. Summer heat challenging with no A/C, but hosts provide MANY large fans to keep air circulating and cool things down! No complaints and would recommend to others.
