Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect size place for us. It was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have the sun on the balcony in the morning to sit out thete and enjoy a cup of coffee. The only suggestion I have would be to have more hooks to hang wet towels, and space to hang clothes.

Room was clean and as described. We did not have a need to contact the property manager, all things reservation related went as they should. The resort itself is old, outdated, slightly dirty in comparison to others, rusty doors, chipping paint, the pool deck has dirty stagnant water everywhere. The beach was a little dirty. The upkeep could have been much better. The biggest thing was how unfriendly a lot of the staff and people on this area were. The elevators suck and the forever along with the parking garage. Have patience. Staying down near pier park in the past was better. Much cleaner nicer area. But the room was good and Blue swell rentals did their part with the room!
