We definitely enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, the host was very helpful. We loved the location and neighborhood. Great restaurants very close by.
The apartment is in a wonderful location with a great restaurant next door and an amazing produce shop up the street. It’s out of the busy area of Florence. The apartment is fantastic, spacious, clean and in a quiet area. We were there for 28 days and absolutely loved it. The host was very responsive to any requests that I had. I would definitely recommend, just a great neighborhood.
We loved our stay, the apartment felt like home! Great neighborhood away from the crowds. Best restaurant was downstairs, good local Coffee shops close!
The apartment was just perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and in order in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. I really enjoyed opening the windows in the morning and hearing a pleasant mix of birds and city bustling. Great restaurant right downstairs called Porta Romana.
Kitchen was ready to use, but we never used it except for the coffee maker.Really appreciated Axel taking time to explain how everything worked and meeting us at the door of the apartment even though we were delayed by the train strike. Very nice apartment. My wife really appreciated the deep bath tub and all the soaps. Felt like home! Strongly recommend anyone staying there and working with David/Axel’s company. Truly professional.
I have only good things to say about this property: quick communication with host; clean and inviting apartment; spacious floor plan with bedrooms on opposite sides for privacy; superb location for exploring Florence by walking; restaurants, laundry, deli, hair salon, barber, nail salon, banks, and boutiques surroundthe apartment.
Wonderful neighborhood. You don’t have to go more than a block to get everything you need to have a great time in Florence. A wonderful park is right around the corner and the center of the city is just a short walk down a lovely street with local shops. The apartment bedrooms and baths are very well positioned for maximum privacy. There is a 50 step climb to the apartment with no elevator. The kitchen is not super well stocked for extensive cooking or dining but the appliances are great. The bus runs to town and the train station right from the corner of the street and the bus to Siena is direct and picks up just a short distance from the apartment.

Clean, well kept and updated. Extra large refrigerator, dish washer, clothing washer (hang dry outside ), toaster, electric water heating kettle, gas range burners, excellent new oven. Modern fixtures, updated appliances. All the cutlery and bowls /plates. 10 minute bus ride (36 or 37 line) to grocery store.
Located on the outside perimeter of the main city Firenze (Florence).
Minutes walk to all the bus stops, electric scooter /bike rentals and a Taxi stop stationed with drivers 24/7. 20 minute walk to Pitti Palazzo, 30 minutes to Ponte Vecchio.
Bus lines to Siena (131 and 131 R [131R stops in San Gimignano and 131 is straight to]). Fast and efficient way to travel to Siena from Florence.
Make sure to catch the sunrise up the road at the Piazzale Michelangelo because it's magnificent, with a Tuscan view of the city and it's great to explore in the early hours.
We stayed here for two weeks in August of 2024 and it was better than expected.

Hello, This is the perfect apartment in an ideal neighborhood next to Boboli gardens and a 10-15 min walk to everything in the center of town. beautiful big windows bring in a lot of light and it is quiet in the evening. Lots of space for 4 and the King Beds plus a bathtub are upgrades. There are restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and a grocery store just down the street.
