Excellent choice for a stay in Florence. The apartment was bright and clean. The hosts, Patrizia and Stefano, were easy to communicate with and were available for assistance.

Family in Florence

Wonderful place for our family while in Florence. We were very comfortable with the space and all the accommodations. The location is great, a bit outside the main center of the city but easy to walk to all the sites. The neighborhood is great with many shops and restaurants. Also an amazing gelato place at the end of the block.

Walking distance to all the sites

Great place to stay. It was so clean and had everything we needed. Patrizia was there to greet us and always responded quickly to our questions. Location made it easy to walk to the sites and restaurants.

Great Location and stay

We had a comfortable stay, everything we needed was provided. Not far from the city Centre, some good Restaurants and supermarkets are available nearby. Would Book the appartment again.

Quiet side of the Arno

This is a beautiful and comfortable property. Highly recommended. One of the best restaurants we went to during a three week Europe trip was does down from the property. The hosts were friendly and gracious. I really liked being on the other side of the Arno away from the noise at night but a short walk to get to everything by day

Cute home outside city centre

The home was very nice and clean. Patrizia and Stefano were very welcoming when we arrived and easy to communicate with before and after checkin. The area is nice and quiet compared to the busy city centre, which is about 20 minutes walk away. The beds were comfortable. There’s lots of good cafés and bars nearby, one we really enjoyed, and that is along the walk towards the city centre is Pitti Express. Overall a great stay!

The apartment worked out well for us. It is clean and well equipped and quite convenient to the historic centre of Florence. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine was a big bonus.Patrizia was there to greet us and show us around. She also told us about buses to take to where we wanted to go and where we could get groceries.When it was time for us to leave, both Patrizia and Stefano were there to say goodbye and Stefano helped with our luggage.The only downside is that there isn’t an elevator and the apartment is on the 2nd floor in Europe (3rd floor in North America). Otherwise, it was ideal.

This holiday home is in a great location and easy to get too. We enjoyed our stay as the apartment was a perfect size for our family and within walking distance to many things. We will stay here again (if available) the next time we travel to Firenze! Oh, and our hosts were quite lovely and very welcoming!

Beautiful apartment

Great location for sightseeing in Florence. Clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The hosts could not have been nicer or more helpful. We absolutely loved Florence and we loved this apartment. We highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay in Florence!

We’ve been to Florence many times so we wanted to stay somewhere more local/less touristy and this was the perfect fit. Great neighbourhood, easy access to everything you need and quick 20-30min walk to the main city centre. The apartment is fantastic, super clean and has everything you need. Can easily fit 2-4 people (2 couples) as there are two bedrooms. We would happily stay here again!

Stefano and Patricia did a very nice job of welcoming us and making sure we knew what was nearby and how to get around. This rental is wonderful if you like to walk. We took the bus up to Piazza Michaelangelo and walked back. Boboli Gardens, just down the street was delightful. there were so many good restaurants nearby. It was nice to be a little bit away from the very busy heart of Florence.

Beautiful flat fully equipped

We stayed at this lovely flat for several days while touring Firenze. It was a lovely flat with everything you could need and central walkable location to town and cathedral. The owners were very kind and provided great info before we arrived as well as checking to make sure things were ok during our stay - great communications with us. Highly recommend this flat - you won’t be disappointed.

Authentic Florence!

We three senior ladies loved this apartment. It's located in the quieter section of Florence (Porta Romana) and it's easy to take a taxi or bus to the old city. It has modern amenities and is close to excellent restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Highly recommend!

Patrizia and Stefano are wonderful hosts. Smooth communication, very helpful in every way. They even kept a parking spot for us available on the street upon our arrival!We stayed there over Christmas, they were so thoughtful and even had a Christmas tablecloth and Christmas decorations.The apartment is very clean and offers all the comfort to stay and explore Florence. You can easily walk to the old city.Supermarket is closeby and the kitchen is fully equipped.We definitely would come back and stay at Patrizia and Stefano’s place again!Thank you!

Stefano and Patrizia are indeed super hosts. Great communication and the location is fabulous. The apartment is comfortable, exactly as described and was perfect for our group of 4. Lots of GREAT restaurants within 5 minutes walk, one of which is in the Michelin Book (Podere 39). Getting to downtown and all the points of interest are within walking distance. We also rented a spot in the parking garage next door which was organized by the hosts. Its also a great starting point for easy drives to Pisa, Siena, and San Gimignano which is a must see. Diladdarno Holiday Home is a true gem!

Every Picture Tells a Story

This is a very well appointed, equipped and stocked home. Great location, excellent communication with the hosts. There are no surprises here. One very spacious shower and another which is good for slim folks. The bedrooms are well separated as are the baths so a very good private situation. Good lighting with really good sound proofing from the street below. Beds are comfortable!!! I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone. To our hosts, I would like to thank you for providing us with what all voyageurs would want while on the road.

Lovely, as advertised

A lovely two bedroom, 2 bath apartment, I shared with just my boyfriend, as we like extra space. Stefano & Patrizia met us at apt. Stefano carried my luggage up (3 flights of steps) and my bf carried his own. The steps were fine w/ us (we are 61 and 63 y.o., both in good shape) but maybe not for everyone. The bathroom shower en-suite is a bit small but no problems at all. They left us a bottle of wine and chocolates, a nice touch. Neighborhood a bit further out from City Center than we expected but great restaurants in this residential neighborhood. Very enjoyable stay. Grazie mille, Stefano & Patrizia!

A spacious and clean apartment near the main city centre. A short walk to a grocery store, restaurants, numerous museums, coffee bars, shopping etc. Check in and out was very easy and we had paid parking for our car. Our hosts were very helpful and attentive. We would definitely stay here again!!!
