About this property

Stunning views of the Catskills. Open meadows. Serene living space.

Our home sits in the middle of an open meadow with epic views of the Catskill Mountains. The property has over 15 acres of mowed paths to roam and a small forest of maple, ash and oak trees. The house sits above the scenic hamlet of Halcottsville, which is a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk down the hill and has a variety of Spring/Summer activities including kayaking. We designed and built the house ourselves, using our skills in architecture and furniture-making to bring a timeless quality to the home that we hope is both intimate and expansive.
