We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner keeps the condo very well stocked. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable. The location is great. We never needed our car. We walked or took the free bus everywhere. We would be happy to return.

Wonderful winter park weekend

The location couldn’t be beat and we were able to do ice fishing and skiing with the whole family. The property was nice and cozy and we were able to make some meals there as well as go out to local restaurants.

Great Location, Warm and Dry for Winter

We had a nice two-night stay at this condo. It was well furnished with kitchen items as well as bath towels and bedding. The owner was very communicative and easy to speak with. Not a problem for us, but the home is rather dated an could use some refreshing changes, but everything worked so that was fine with us.

Very convenient for skiing Winter Park!

The "Lift" free bus stops right at the condo! Winner, winner!! This is an older unit, but clean & comfortable. Very convenient and good parking available. The only access to the unit is via 2 flights of outdoor stairs, which can be a challenge if you have any physical restrictions.

Great location! Soothing river sounds and views.

Location of this condo is PERFECT for off season stay! Walk easily to restaurants, breweries, parks and the Fraser River hiking trail. Calming river sounds as the river runs right in front of the condo. Lovely views from the balcony / patio area, although not a very private area for sitting. Neighbors were out (full time residents) with pets, etc. Condo furnishings are a little outdated and a few simple repairs would help raise the ratings. We had everything we needed for cooking, eating + coffee, however a lot of the dishes we used needed to be washed prior to using. Beds were very comfy. Condo well stocked. Lots of space at the kitchen island for games, eating and socializing. Short walk to the rec center for hot tubs & pool. Overall a great fit for our weekend away.

I nearly gave this condo a 4. Clean and convenient condo. Plenty of parking. Quiet location on the 3rd floor. Very nice and recently updated rec center very close by. Right on the free shuttle line. Very easy owner and management company to work with, flexible when I needed to change our dates. The condo itself needs some heavy TLC; the furnishings and decorations are a mishmash and the closets and cabinets are cluttered. Beds need to be replaced. The heat worked fine, but the thermostat cover had fallen off. The screen door wouldn't close fully. The dresser drawers fell out when used. All appliances in good working order, shower was great. Give this place an update and it'll be a 4 for sure.

There are brand new beds and dressers in both the master and extra bedroom with extra comfortable mattresses. The homeowners value your feedback, as they have also cleared out the cabinets even though most guests most tenants love to have all the spices, etc. The decorations are eclectic but most of our tenants seem to enjoy the Bev Doolittle pictures. It is the Kokkapelli Palace. They would love to host you again so you can fully enjoy your stay and see all of their wonderful upgrades! Best, the Evolve Team

Very disappointed

The condo was different then pictured (not as clean and different furniture from the photos) and the heat was not working, the fire alarm was beeping, and the front door lock was dead. The Mangement company was not responsive to the heat not working taking OVER 36 hours to fix the problem after multiple calls. When I asked for a reimbursement for the time without heat, they agreed but wanted to keep the space heater we had purchased. Very disappointed in the responsiveness of the management.

It has been resolved by a certified technician, and management now monitors the system remotely with a Wifi thermostat. For a comfortable stay, we kindly ask that the heat not be set below sixty-five degrees upon departure.-Additionally, the door lock has been upgraded for improved convenience. This condo worked fine for our trip, although we probably wouldn’t choose to stay again. The beds were comfortable and it’s in a good location close to the bus to the resort. We enjoyed the pool, and loved walking to get pizza for dinner. The condo itself needs some updates, and necessities like soap for each bathroom were missing. It just didn’t feel kept up well or cared for. Hopefully just a one off, as it usually has good reviews.

Beautiful location but not kid friendly

I love the location! This is on the third floor. Didn’t bother us at all but some might not like huffing it up all the stairs. However this is not a kid friendly place. Neighbors are less than friendly and do not appreciate a normal noise level. This might be a good place for a quiet older couple.

convenient location

The location is great, you can walk to the restaurants on main street from the condo. Please note this condo is on the 3rd floor and there isn't an elevator so if you have physical issues then you may not want to stay here. That being said we actually preferred it because it is much quieter not having people above you. I didn't give it 5 stars because the guy who lives below the unit griped at us because our kids were up before 8:00 a.m. I'm sorry but they weren't being bad just moving around like 2 boys. The beds are comfy too.
