This two-story home sits near the heart of Madrona, a charming residential neighborhood that abuts Lake Washington. You'll be just two blocks from the restaurants and cafes of 34th Avenue and about half a mile from the lakeshore at beautiful Madrona Park. If you opt to head west, it's a little over a mile to the great shopping and dining of Pike/Pine and one mile further to the heart of downtown Seattle.

Built in 1910, the house retains much of its original charm, from the bay windows to the diamond lattice glass. Yet it's also been thoughtfully brought into the present day, offering a sleek and modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a well-equipped home office, even a Tesla charger available for your use.

On warm summer evenings, set the table on the deck for sunset dinners in the fresh air. Come winter, gather in the dining room for hearty meals and linger afterward to watch movies on the sofa. Complimentary WiFi, central air conditioning, and a private washer/dryer are provided as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
