A lovely Townhouse in a beautiful, tranquil neighbourhood of Etobicoke, only 20 min drive to downtown Toronto. Peaceful yet central, only few min drive to grocery, bank, dining, shopping and more. 4 stories; basement is multi use bedroom/office with its own bathroom.
First floor is living/dining/kitchen, opening up to a patio backing onto greenery.
Second floor has 2 bedrooms (One with a King Size and the other with a Queen Size bed) and a newly remodeled Jack&Jill bathroom.
Third floor houses a loft style bedroom with its newly remodeled ensuite bathroom with shower as well as free standing tub, fireplace, workstation with wireless printer, 2 double beds.
Basement is unfurnished and can be used as a multipurpose space. Basement has its own full bathroom.

This is a big and comfortable house. The host is communicative, friendly and helpful. Location is great and close to big parks and public amenities like a pool and tennis courts (summer seasonal, both)
