Great stay

I was working in Little Rock over the summer, I stayed here for a week while I figured out where I wanted to stay the rest of the summer. In a great location, I had everything I needed in the rental, and that yard if a huge plus. Thank you for the great place!!

Humm this is a nice Kool little space for you to relax and enjoy. It's ducked off in the back. Quite neighbors very helpful because it's alot close by. Host responds with no problem. The water was hot like I love it. So yeah for the price it's Kool to stay if u on a budget..

I think Chris did everything he could to offer assistance to enhance our stay. I don’t know if I missed it but the setup is very unusual. This was the only drawback we experienced… the distance from bedroom to bathroom included some fairly steep steps. The place was clean and well maintained and Chris was responsive.
