Perfect place for a family or group of friends: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms villa in the Highland Reserve Golf community. Close to great restaurants, cafes, shopping, attractions, and 15 minutes drive to Disney Parks. The villa overlooks a golf course with tons of amenities including 400Mbps Internet , in-ground pool, game room, bicycles, community pool, etc.
The space
The main living and dining area lead into the sunny kitchen & family room. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space, and a breakfast bar. The family room has double patio doors leading out to the pool deck. The master bedroom is off the family room area and also has access to the pool deck. It has a great walk in closet and large spa like bathroom with garden tub, shower and dual vanity. The two remaining bedrooms are spacious, have good size closets and share the main bathroom.

The villa was very clean and tidy but the pool area was not good at all, it really needs a good pool clean and the pool area is in need of a good clean up with the roof gutter all over flowing with lots of twigs of the trees and also the netting is covered as well. Needs looking at urgently.With that being done it would be a very nice place to hire;
