Spacious Modern 3 Bed Villa-Fenced Private Pool & Garden
Our beautiful home joined the rental market in 2017 and has since established itself as a home away from home for guests who enjoy its quiet location, the privacy of its pool deck and its spaciousness. We offer stays from minimum seven nights to maximum of twenty one.
The villa is located on the Highlands Reserve Golf Course Community and is approximately 45 minutes from Orlando International airport and 1 hour from both Sanford and Tampa. Highlands Reserve is only 20 minutes from the main Disney attractions and a further 15-20 minutes from Seaworld and Universal Studios. Highway 192 with all its attractions and restaurants is just 10 minutes from the villa and International Drive is approximately 25 minutes away.
The Villa offers 2400 sq. ft of open plan living area, comprising of:-
* Entrance Hall / Sitting Room
* Formal Dining Room
* Family Room with access to Pool Deck
* Kitchen with Breakfast Nook
* Utility Room with Washer & Dryer
* Master Bedroom (King) with en-suite Bathroom and Study
* 2nd Master Suite (Queen) with en-suite Bathroom and private access to Pool Deck
* Twin Bedded 3rd Bedroom with Bathroom
The home is fully air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans in every bedroom. It sleeps up to 6 people and it has been furnished and equipped to achieve a luxury standard feel.
Externally
* Private (Caged) Pool Deck- west facing- with fenced in yard offering plenty of privacy and all day long sunshine. Pool heat £35 per day and BBQ/Grille hire £70 per week or part thereof.
* Pool safety guard (removable)
* Illuminated front & rear garden areas
* Home backs onto a nature/conservation area
Stays are available from seven days minimum to twenty one days maximum. An £85 exit clean fee is payable on all stays. Late check out- subject to availability and no later than 1pm- can be arranged at £60. If you have any questions at all , please ask.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING- our home is strictly an animal free zone due to severe allergies in our family. For security purposes, our home has a Ring smart doorbell with camera located in the porch which covers the area from the porch to the top of the driveway.

My family and I live down on the south coast of England just on the outskirts of Brighton, East Sussex . We are a very active family and enjoy spending time with friends and family, sport and travelling.
My husband and I are busy professionals and own an independent IT Recruitment business based near Brighton.
We have traditionally spent our Christmas and New Year holidays in the USA enjoying the lovely winter sunshine and climate.
Due to work, school and family commitments however, we are unable to spend as much time over in our beautiful home as we would like and therefore wish to share it with guests who we feel will afford it the same level of care as we do. Hearing that guests love our home as much as we do and how they had a great stay is the best part of hosting!

Why they chose this property
As a family we have spent the last thirteen years holidaying in Davenport and have truly fallen in love with the Floridian lifestyle and everything that the county of Polk and beyond has to offer.
So, when an opportunity came along to own our very own dream home with plenty of room for our family and in one of the nicest locations we'd found, we absolutely leapt at the chance!
We love the privacy and views that we get by backing onto a beautiful natural conservation area. We also have a fully fenced in back yard that surrounds the caged pool & sun deck area and a large open garden with wonderful palm and fruit trees.
So, when an opportunity came along to own our very own dream home with plenty of room for our family and in one of the nicest locations we'd found, we absolutely leapt at the chance!

Having purchased our wonderful villa in early 2016 totally empty , we completely refitted it with ALL brand new furniture and furnishings as well as nearly every major appliance. This helps ensure a high quality look and feel to the home and allowed us to make it a home from home for us and our guests.
