Welcome to our luxurious, art deco-inspired home! This remodeled, historic property seamlessly offers privacy & connection for up to 16 guests. This listing is for the TWO largest units on the property: AZAFRÁN - located on the ground floor, and JENGIBRE - located on the second level. These units are perfect for groups of up to 16 guests.

Enjoy amenities like ensuite bathrooms and toiletries. Walk to the famous Placita de Santurce, or stroll to the PR Museum of Art. Enjoy the shops & restaurants nearby, or unwind at the beach, just a quick Uber ride away. Your tropical adventure awaits!

The first apartment - AZAFRÁN - has three bedrooms, each with their ensuite bathroom, that sleep a total of seven guests. It is fully equipped with a spacious kitchen, a dining area, and two living areas with an additional bathroom.

Located on the second level, the second apartment - JENGIBRE - is similar, and consists of three bedrooms, each with their ensuite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living area with a couch that turns into a comfortable, queen-sized sofa bed. This unique layout allows guests to enjoy complete privacy while still being able to join and share special and memorable moments together.

We highly recommend the use of Uber or a rental car during your stay in Puerto Rico. There are numerous shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, and attractions around the area and a couple of blocks away from the property. Street parking around the property may be available but is NOT guaranteed, but a private payed parking lot is available about a block away for a reasonable nightly fee (4-minute walk).
