The entire area is fully air conditioned with equipped kitchens. In addition, gated private two parking spaces on premise. Enjoy the amazing private terrace perfect for dining, bbq'ing and hanging out. Both Int airport and old San Juan just an 10 min well. Feel free to ask regardless of your destination.

Wonderful area and property

The property was ideally located and very clean. We loved the idea of the two separate "apartments" as this wasn't clear in the listing but it was a pleasant surprise. Zesar, the property manager, was very communicative and responsive. We had a wonderful stay.
